Volunteer Information
We need someone to manage the kennel volunteer schedule making sure all days are covered for cleaning and play time. You
will do supply inventory and be responsible for helping transport dogs to the vet and groomer. You will also be the main "go to"
person for any issues, maintenance problems and you will be responsible for communicating with executive members of rescue.
The kennel manager will need to be able to cover days that other volunteers are not able to clean and keep up the laundry and
pick up supplies as needed. You will completely manage the kennel.
We need YOU!
Without volunteers we can't rescue! Please HELP us make a difference in the life of the needy furbabies. It is one of the most
rewarding and gratifying things you can do with your time.

| Our organization is in need of volunteers that can physically help take care of our furbabies. Due to an overwhelming number of puppy mill survivors we've have rescued, we have been forced to open a kennel to house these furbabies. Our facility is set up more like a doggie daycare, not a shelter. We are currently looking for Kennel Helpers and a Kennel Manager- these are all volunteer position and will require a minimum of 2 hrs on the days you elect to volunteer. However, if you have more time to spend that would be wonderful. You can set your own days and hours. |
What are the requirements for volunteering?
We are looking for mature, very dedicated and dependable volunteers. Having your own
transportation is a plus. We count on our volunteers to be there for the furbabies that are
depending on volunteers to provide love, food, water and cleaning. If you feel like you won't be
able to follow the schedule you set for yourself, it may be better that you don't volunteer, because
we will fully count on you to fulfill the commitment you made to our furbabies.
This is something you have to do because you love animals and you want to make a difference
in the lives of neglected and abused animals. It is a very rewarding and fulfilling act of kindness
and again, it has to come from the heart.

train our dogs, so clean up is not that bad.

dogs during this time. We also like to schedule other volunteers to come during this
time to strictly socialize our furbabies and make sure they get appropriate exercise.
